  • Combine 4 cups ice, tequila, strawberries, triple sec, lime juice, mint syrup and mint leaves in a blender. Cover and pulse until ice is crushed and all ingredients are well blended. Divide equally among 4 glasses. Serve chilled, garnished with mint.

  • Mint syrup:

  • In a small saucepan, combine 3/4 cup each sugar and water. Bring to boiling over medium-high heat; boil 2 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon mint extract; use in either the Strawberry Margarita or berry Sparkler recipe.

  • Makes 4 servings.
