Edamame Dip

  1. 1 of 2 Cook 12 oz frozen shelled edamame, covered, in microwave for 4 min. Let cool.
  2. 2 of 2 Drain and add to a blender with remaining ingredients and 3 tbsp water. Process until smooth. Beyond tortilla chips: Try Ka Me rice crackers. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
