Serve this puffy pancake for breakfast with fresh fruit.

  1. 1 of 4 Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Whisk together eggs, milk, flour, sugar and salt in large bowl.
  2. 2 of 4 Melt butter in oven-proof skillet, preferably 10-inch cast-iron pan, over medium heat. Using a pot holder, remove skillet from heat. Pour egg mixture into hot skillet.
  3. 3 of 4 Carefully transfer hot skillet to 400 degrees F oven and bake for 20 minutes or until pancake is golden and puffed.
  4. 4 of 4 Sift confectioners' sugar over top of pancake and serve immediately.
