  1. 1 of 2 Half-fill a 10-inch nonstick skillet with water; add the vinegar. Bring to a simmer over medium to medium-high heat.
  2. 2 of 2 Crack one of the eggs into a measuring cup or small bowl and carefully drop into simmering water. Repeat with all eggs. Cook 4 minutes, until whites are firm but yolks are still soft. Remove with a slotted spoon.
