  1. 1 of 6 Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2 of 6 Stir together flour, almonds and salt in a small bowl.
  3. 3 of 6 Beat together butter, sugar, vanilla and almond extract in medium-size bowl until creamy and smooth, about 2 minutes.
  4. 4 of 6 Stir in flour mixture. Add up to 1 tbsp water if dough is too crumbly and not sticking together.
  5. 5 of 6 Divide the dough into 2 equal balls. Wrap in plastic and press down to form 2 even-sized discs. Refrigerate.
  6. 6 of 6 Remove dough from refrigerator and roll each disc to 1/2-inch thickness. Use a fluted pastry roller to cut into fries. Re-roll scraps to cut more fries. Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool.
