  1. 1 of 1 Cook shallots in 1 tbsp butter 3 minutes. Add flour and cook 1 minute. Whisk in port; simmer 3 minutes. Add figs and cook 2 minutes. Stir in 2 tbsp water and 2 tbsp butter. Season with salt and pepper.
