Directions

  1. 1 of 1 In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar and 2 tsp sugar. Toss and let stand, stirring occasionally. Bake 8 frozen breaded fish fillets at 400 degrees per pkg directions, about 24 minutes. Stir 2 cups finely shredded cabbage and 1/8 tsp black pepper into pickled onions and toss. In a small bowl, whisk 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp light mayonnaise, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 2 tsp ketchup and 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish. Lightly toast 4 hamburger buns. Place 2 fish fillets on bottom of each bun, followed by slaw. Spread sauce on cut side of each bun top, cover and serve.
