  1. 1 of 1 Combine vinegar, canola oil, soy sauce, five-spice powder and sesame oil. Stir in sliced scallions and ginger. Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag. Add peppers and 3/4 of the marinade. Refrigerate 2 hours. Heat grill to medium-high. Thread chicken, peppers and cut scallions on 8 skewers. Brush with remaining marinade and grill 7 minutes per side, until chicken is cooked through. Serve with couscous.
