  • In a food processor, combine flour, butter and cheese. Pulse until no large pieces of butter or cheese remain. With processor running, add milk. Process until dough comes together and "cleans" side of bowl.

  • Roll out on a floured surface to 3/4-inch thickness. Cut into 3-inch rounds, gently re-rolling scraps. Bake on parchment at 375° for 15 to 18 min. Makes 7 or 8.
