Chocolate Ganache Frosting and Glaze

  1. 1 of 2 Bring cream to boiling in saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate until smooth, then vanilla.
  2. 2 of 2 Pour half into small bowl; refrigerate until good spreading consistency, about 2 hours. Cover remaining half; let stand at room temperature to use as glaze.
