  1. 1 of 4 Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread phyllo cups over a large baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
  2. 2 of 4 In large bowl, combine Brie, figs and almonds. Toss to combine.
  3. 3 of 4 In a small bowl, whisk together honey, vinegar, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour over Brie mixture and toss to combine.
  4. 4 of 4 Spoon a small amount of Brie mixture into each cup, dividing equally among cups. Bake at 350 degrees F for an additional 5 minutes. Serve warm.
