  1. 1 of 2 Mix berries, sugar, water and orange in saucepan. Stir over high heat 3 minutes, until sugar melts and water starts to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, until thickened, 20 to 25 minutes. Discard orange. Let cool.
  2. 2 of 2 Pour cranberries into serving bowl. Garnish with rind. Chill.
