Garlicky Broccoli Rabe
- 1 of 2 Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add broccoli rabe and boil 2 minutes. Drain.
- 2 of 2 Heat a large skillet over medium-high. Add 2 tbsp oil, half the garlic and half the red pepper flakes; cook 1 minute. Add half the broccoli rabe and 1/8 tsp salt; saute 2 minutes. Transfer to a platter. Repeat with remaining oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and broccoli rabe. Squeeze lemon over top.
