Garlicky Swiss Chard
- 1 of 1 Remove stems from 2 lbs Swiss chard and slice into 1-inch pieces; roughly chop leaves. Heat 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil in a large, lidded pot over medium. Add 6 cloves sliced garlic; cook 1 minute. Stir in chard stems and increase heat to medium-high; cook 4 minutes. Add chard leaves and place lid on pot for 3 minutes. Remove lid and stir with tongs. Cook 3 more minutes, then stir in 3/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
