General Tso's Chicken
- 1 of 1 Whisk broth, soy sauce, ginger, vinegar, sugar, cornstarch and chili paste. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Add chicken to skillet and cook 6 minutes, turning after 3 minutes; remove to a plate. Stir in broth mixture and bring to a simmer; add back chicken and scallions. Stir to coat chicken and simmer 2 minutes. Serve with rice and broccoli.
