German Chocolate Bar Cookies
- 1 of 3 Heat oven to 350 degrees . Line a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick aluminum foil.
- 2 of 3 Pulse wafers in a food processor until very fine crumbs. Transfer to a bowl and stir in melted butter until well combined. Press mixture firmly and evenly (the flat side of a measuring cup works well) into foil-lined pan. Pour condensed milk evenly over crust. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, followed by coconut and finally pecans.
- 3 of 3 Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool completely. Refrigerate 2 hours. Remove from pan by lifting foil and place on a cutting board. Cut into 36 pieces.
