  1. 1 of 1 In a saucepan, combine chopped segments from 1 orange, 1 pkg (12 oz) fresh cranberries, 1 tbsp each grated ginger and lemon juice, 1 1/4 cups sugar and 1/2 cup cranberry juice. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 3 to 5 minutes, until most berries have popped. Cool and garnish with 2 tsp orange zest.
