  • Beat all ingredients together. Spread into a foil-lined 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake 18 minutes.

Crumb Topping

  • Meanwhile, combine first 5 ingredients. Work in butter with your hands until crumbs form. Carefully sprinkle a thick layer over cake and bake 10 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack.

  • Dust with confectioners' sugar or blend 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar with 1 tbsp sour cream and 2 tsp water and drizzle over cake.
