Golden Chicken Chili
- 1 of 4 In a large stockpot, heat oil over medium. Add onion and pepper and saute 5 minutes.
- 2 of 4 Increase heat to medium-high and stir in chili powder, turmeric, salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute, then crumble in chicken. Brown 3 minutes and stir in cherry tomatoes and water.
- 3 of 4 Reduce heat to medium-low, partially cover pot and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4 of 4 Add beans and heat through. Serve chili topped with sour cream and cilantro.
