Grapefruit Mousse

  1. 1 of 1 Peel and section 3 red and 3 white grapefruit. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and sprinkle with 1/4 cup turbinado sugar. Broil 5 minutes, until slightly caramelized. Cool. Meanwhile, whip 1 cup cold heavy cream, 1 tbsp sugar and 1/4 tsp lime extract to medium-soft peaks. Gently fold in grapefruit, saving a few sections for garnish. Top with strips of lime zest.
