• Season steak with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Heat grill or grill pan to high. Grill steak 10 to 12 min, turning once, until it reaches 130°. Remove from grill and let rest 10 min.

  • While steak rests, quarter cherry tomatoes and dice cucumber. Toss in a bowl along with dill, scallions, red wine vinegar, EVOO and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper. Gently fold in feta. Place steak on a platter and spoon salad on top. Serve with plain Greek yogurt and pita.
