  1. 1 of 3 Add first 3 ingredients to multicooker and stir to submerge pasta; seal and cook 3 minutes on Manual. Let cool 3 minutes via natural release, then release manually. Drain if needed.
  2. 2 of 3 Stir in buttermilk, cheeses and chiles until well combined and slightly thickened.
  3. 3 of 3 Divide mac and cheese among 6 bowls. Top with toasted panko.
