Green Curry Chicken and Potatoes

Slow Cook on HIGH for 6 hours



  1. 1 of 4 Coat slow cooker bowl with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2 of 4 Place chicken, onion and potatoes in slow cooker. Combine coconut milk, 3 tbsp of the curry paste, the soy sauce and sugar. Pour over chicken and potatoes.
  3. 3 of 4 Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 hours. Stir in remaining 2 tbsp curry paste and scatter red pepper over the top during last 30 minutes of cooking.
  4. 4 of 4 To serve, stir in cilantro and lime juice. Spoon over rice and garnish with Thai basil, if desired. Squeeze lime wedges over top.
