  1. 1 of 2 Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Thread peppers onto a thin skewer. Grill chicken 12 minutes, turning once, and peppers 4 minutes, turning once. Remove from grill. Cube chicken breasts and slice peppers into rings.
  2. 2 of 2 Spread 3 tbsp pizza sauce on each crust. Divide cheese among crusts. Top with chicken and pepper rings. Transfer pizzas to grill, cover and cook 2 minutes. Sprinkle with scallion slices and coarsely ground salt and pepper.
