  • Combine parsley and cilantro, red wine vinegar, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes in a food processor. While machine is running, slowly pour in vegetable oil. Pour half the chimichurri into a small bowl and remaining half into a resealable plastic bag with drumettes and wings. Marinate 30 minutes. Grill wings over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes per side (20 to 24 minutes total). Serve alongside bowl of chimichurri.
