  1. 1 of 4 Heat grill to medium.
  2. 2 of 4 Brush olive oil over scallions and cut sides of romaine. Season lightly with salt. Grill until charred on all sides, about 5 minutes for scallions, flipping halfway through, and 45 seconds to 1 minute per side for romaine.
  3. 3 of 4 In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients to make dressing. Add romaine and scallions and toss to coat well.
  4. 4 of 4 Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
