Grilled Romaine with Korean Dressing
Heat grill to medium.Advertisement
Brush olive oil over scallions and cut sides of romaine. Season lightly with salt. Grill until charred on all sides, about 5 minutes for scallions, flipping halfway through, and 45 seconds to 1 minute per side for romaine.
In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients to make dressing. Add romaine and scallions and toss to coat well.
Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
