• Heat grill to medium.

  • Toss first 4 ingredients with 1 tbsp oil. Place veggies and sausages on grill and cook, covered, 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.

  • During last 5 minutes, brush cut side of tomatoes with 2 tsp oil and grill, cut side down, 4 minutes.

  • Remove veggies and sausage to a cutting board and core fennel. Chop or slice all into bite-size pieces. Transfer to a large bowl and toss with basil. In a small bowl, whisk next 4 ingredients. Whisk in 3 tbsp oil in a thin stream. Toss with sausage mixture.

  • Grill bread 1 minute per side, if desired.
