• Heat grill to med-high. Split the baguette lengthwise, then cut into thirds. In a small bowl, combine butter, parsley, garlic paste and 1/4 tsp salt. Reserve 2 tbsp garlic butter and spread the rest on bread.

  • Toss shrimp with 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper. Thread onto skewers. Grill bread, buttered side down, 1 min. Remove. Grill romaine, cut side down, 2 to 3 min. Remove.

  • Melt reserved butter. Grill shrimp 2 to 3 min. Flip and brush with melted butter. Grill 2 to 3 min. Place 1 lettuce half on a plate and drizzle with bottled Caesar dressing. Top with shrimp and some shaved Parmesan. Serve with grilled bread. Be a Hero: For bigger appetites, make the Caesar into a sandwich; just layer the components on a hero or hoagie roll.
