Grilled Tuna Salad
- 1 of 2 Whisk mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, capers, Dijon mustard, grated garlic and anchovy paste (optional), and black pepper. Toss 1/2 cup of the dressing with baby spinach, cherry tomatoes and shallots. Season tuna fillets with salt and pepper.
- 2 of 2 Grill on medium-high heat for 4 minutes, until medium. Slice on the diagonal and serve over salad with remaining dressing on the side.
