Hawaiian Grain Salad
- 1 of 1 Combine berries with water; bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cook 15 minutes and drain. Rub oil on orange pepper. Grill on medium with sausage for 8 minutes, turning. Grill pineapple for 4 minutes, turning once. Slice sausage on the bias, dice pepper (discarding stem and seeds) and pineapple, and toss with berries, dressing, parsley, salt and pepper.
