  1. 1 of 1 In a shallow dish, combine soy sauce, honey and garlic. Place fillets, skin side up, in dish. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add cumin and cook 1 minute. Stir in potatoes, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup water. Cook 12 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender. Add tablespoons of water as needed. Turn salmon over and place dish in oven. Roast at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, basting a few times, until fish is cooked through. Serve with steamed green beans.
