Directions

  1. 1 of 1 Combine 5 cups water and 1 cup long-grain white rice in a high-power blender. Blend on medium-high speed until rice begins to break up. Pour into a large bowl and add 1 1/2 cups water and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. Cover with plastic wrap and let soak at least 3 hours. Stir mixture; transfer half to blender and blend until fairly smooth. Strain into a pitcher and repeat with remaining rice mixture. Stir in 1 cup rice milk and 1/2 cup sugar. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice with a cinnamon stick as garnish.
