Pour into a large bowl and add 1 1/2 cups water and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. Cover with plastic wrap and let soak at least 3 hours. Stir mixture; transfer half to blender and blend until fairly smooth. Strain into a pitcher and repeat with remaining rice mixture. Stir in 1 cup rice milk and 1/2 cup sugar. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice with a cinnamon stick as garnish.
