Caramel Apples

  1. 1 of 1 Heat butter in saucepan over low heat. Add apples; cook, covered, 7 to 9 minutes or until tender. With slotted spoon, remove apples from pan. Add sugar, cinnamon and apple juice concentrate. Cook 4 minutes. Add milk and apples; heat through. Serve over vanilla ice cream.
