Indian Butter Chicken
Set multicooker to Sauté function and add 2 tbsp butter. When butter has melted, add onion and cook 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and ginger and cook 2 minutes.Advertisement
Add salt and spices; cook, stirring well, 30 seconds, until fragrant. Stir in tomatoes, scraping the bottom well. Stir in chicken.
Seal and cook 8 minutes on Manual, then release manually.
Stir in heavy cream and 2 tbsp butter. Divide rice among 6 bowls. Top with butter chicken and sprinkle with cilantro.
Tip: Make your rice in the cooker ahead of time, then just reheat it under a damp cloth in the microwave while you release the steam on the chicken.
