  1. 1 of 4 Sprinkle beef all over with salt and pepper. With multicooker on Saute, heat oil and cook beef until lightly browned in spots, 2 min per side. Set aside.
  2. 2 of 4 In multicooker, combine broth, onion and garlic. Place rack over mixture.
  3. 3 of 4 Place meat on rack. Seal and cook 5 min on Manual. Let pressure release naturally, 7 to 8 min. Remove meat and tent with foil. Rest until it reaches 120 degrees for rare, about 20 min.
  4. 4 of 4 Slice very thinly and sprinkle with salt. Serve with Chimichurri or jus.
