  • Heat mashed potatoes per pkg instructions. Break up cooked beef. Stir 1 cup potatoes into beef mixture to thicken sauce. Transfer to a 1 qt soufflé dish. Top beef mixture with remaining potatoes and broil until browned, 3 to 5 min.
