  1. 1 of 3 In an electric pressure cooker, whisk tomato paste with 1/4 cup water. Stir in onion, peas and carrots, salt, pepper and thyme. Top with ground beef and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. 2 of 3 Seal and cook on Manual for 8 min. Carefully quick-release the steam. Heat broiler.
  3. 3 of 3 Heat mashed potatoes per pkg instructions. Break up cooked beef. Stir 1 cup potatoes into beef mixture to thicken sauce. Transfer to a 1 qt souffle dish. Top beef mixture with remaining potatoes and broil until browned, 3 to 5 min.
