Instant Pot Slow-Cooked Honey-Ginger Pork
In multicooker, toss pork with 1/2 tsp salt and the pepper. Add carrot, onion and bell pepper. Stir honey with 1/4 cup broth, ginger, crushed red pepper and 1/2 tsp salt. Stir into pork mixture.Advertisement
Seal and slow cook on HIGH (or More setting) for 3 1/2 hr or LOW for 6 hr.
Remove lid and switch to Saute. Bring mixture to a boil.
Stir cornstarch with 2 tbsp chicken broth. Add to multicooker and cook, stirring, until sauce is thickened, 4 min. Serve with rice.
