Korean Beef, Asparagus and Tofu
Whisk 1/4 cup water with first 4 ingredients until smooth.Advertisement
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic and steak; cook 2 minutes. Remove to a plate with a slotted spoon.
Add 1 tbsp oil. Stir in tofu. Cook 4 minutes to brown, stirring a few times. Add asparagus and cook 2 minutes.
Pour in sauce, bring to a simmer and cook 1 minute. Stir in beef. Serve over rice.
