  1. 1 of 1 Slice steak on the bias into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Toss with barbecue sauce. Thread on 24 6-inch bamboo skewers (soaked in water) and place on a nonstick foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Broil on HIGH for 2 minutes; flip and broil another 2 minutes. Garnish with sliced scallions.
