  1. 1 of 1 Whisk 1 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 cup Garlic Puree, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1/4 tsp dried oregano, 2 tbsp kosher salt and 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper. Slowly drizzle in 2 1/3 cups extra-virgin olive oil, whisking until thoroughly incorporated. Store, tightly covered, in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
