  1. 1 of 1 Heat grill to medium-high. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup crumbled feta, 2 tbsp each milk and grated cucumber, 1 tbsp chopped parsley and 1/8 tsp each salt and black pepper. Combine 1 lb ground lamb, 3 tbsp chopped parsley, 2 tbsp grated red onion, 1 1/2 tsp ras el hanout (Moroccan spice blend) and 1/2 tsp salt. Form into 4 patties. Grill 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare (135 degrees ). During last minute, grill 4 medium pitas, flipping once. Spread 2 tbsp hummus on each pita, then layer with sliced cucumber and red onion, a burger, yogurt sauce and parsley.
