Lamb Meatballs, Greek Potatoes and Broccoli Rabe
- 1 of 3 Combine lamb, bread crumbs, egg, mint, garlic salt, onion powder, dried oregano, cinnamon, and black pepper. Form into 28 meatballs.
- 2 of 3 In prepared sheet pan, toss potato wedges (1/2 inch thick) with olive oil and 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper. Scatter broccoli rabe over potatoes. Arrange meatballs on top.
- 3 of 3 Roast at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Broil 1 minute. Serve with yogurt sauce: Combine plain Greek yogurt, cucumber, 1/8 tsp each salt and pepper, and lemon juice.
