Angelic Ice-Cream Cake

Makes 8



  1. 1 of 3 Slice angel food cake in half horizontally. Pour half the syrup from frozen cherries on top of the bottom half.
  2. 2 of 3 Scoop one pint of vanilla-fudge ice cream onto cut cake. Top with remaining cake-half.
  3. 3 of 3 Spoon on the cherries and remaining syrup. Drizzle with chocolate sauce, if desired. Slice with a serrated knife, then serve immediately.
