Easy Raspberry Bake
- 1 of 4 Coat a 10-inch shallow baking pan with nonstick spray. In a bowl, combine melted butter and vanilla extract.
- 2 of 4 In a food processor, whirl sugar, blanched almonds and flour until ground.
- 3 of 4 In a large bowl, beat egg whites and salt until stiff. Whisk in flour mixture, then butter. Spread into pan. Sprinkle with red raspberries or a mix of red and golden.
- 4 of 4 Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes or until golden.
