Lemon Farro with Peas
- 1 of 3 In a saucepan, heat oil over medium. Add scallions and garlic; cook 3 minutes. Add farro, broth and thyme. Simmer with lid slightly ajar for 25 minutes, until tender.

- 3 of 3 Whisk yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper; stir into farro and add cherries.
