  • Combine lentils with water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer until tender, about 25 minutes. Drain and rinse; toss with barley, cherries, feta and basil. Whisk lemon juice, honey, mustard and 3/4 tsp salt. Whisk in oil and add dressing to barley mixture with 1/2 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper.
