• Place oven rack in lower third. Heat oven to 350°.

  • If attached, remove rind from ham. Score fatty side of ham in 1-inch diamond pattern. Place in a shallow roasting pan; add 2 cups water and cover with foil. Bake 70 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk remaining ingredients.

  • Remove foil and brush with 3/4 cup brown sugar glaze. Continue to bake, uncovered, until ham is browned and temperature reaches 140°, about 50 minutes.

  • Transfer ham to a cutting board; let stand 15 minutes. Meanwhile, gently heat remaining glaze in a small saucepan. Serve with ham, along with Corn Pudding and Cider Green Beans with Bacon.
