  1. 1 of 4 Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. 2 of 4 Cut each hot dog crosswise in half. Slit each hot dog lengthwise, almost but not all the way through, to within 1/2 inch from each end. Cut each cheese slice in half; from short side, fold each half accordion style and place in each hot dog half.
  3. 3 of 4 Unroll and separate crescent rolls. Center prepared hot dog, cheese side up, on a roll. Place long end of crescent roll over cheese, covering completely; roll up hot dog in roll. Place hot dog, cheese side up, on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining hot dogs and rolls. Brush tops lightly with egg white.
  4. 4 of 4 Bake in 375 degree F oven 13 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately.
