  1. 1 of 1 Heat oven to 375 degrees . Clean mushrooms and remove and discard stems. Place mushrooms curved side up on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove tray from oven and carefully flip mushrooms over. Cut meatballs in half. Fit a meatball half into each mushroom cap and spoon 1 tbsp jarred spicy or traditional marinara sauce over each mushroom. Sprinkle mushrooms with Asiago cheese and grated Parmesan. Bake stuffed mushrooms at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, until tops are lightly browned.
