• Heat oven to 375°. Clean mushrooms and remove and discard stems. Place mushrooms curved side up on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Remove tray from oven and carefully flip mushrooms over. Cut meatballs in half. Fit a meatball half into each mushroom cap and spoon 1 tbsp jarred spicy or traditional marinara sauce over each mushroom. Sprinkle mushrooms with Asiago cheese and grated Parmesan. Bake stuffed mushrooms at 375° for 15 minutes, until tops are lightly browned.
