Melissa Cookston's Grilled Pineapple-Bacon Salsa

- 1 of 3 Using a paper towel, pat the pineapple spears dry. Place on a hot grill and sear on all sides, 1 to 2 minutes per side.
- 2 of 3 Remove from grill and let cool, then chop and place in large bowl. Add all ingredients except bacon to bowl. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
- 3 of 3 Immediately before serving, add bacon and stir into salsa.
